Stepping away from sites like Remax and Rent, I’ve been searching around on ePERKS.com in hopes to find a decent real estate agent in both the Eastern Ohio and Southern Vermont areas. I know, I’m bouncing around quite a bit and even considering throwing Delaware back into the mix because I’ve found a few units in the area that are very reasonably priced, they’re just in another part of town. As far as the community itself is concerned, it’s the same land owners, that would probably be the only downside for me.
Sean was telling me about another community up in Millsboro or something like that (there are so many Mills in Sussex county, it’s easy to get confused), it’s like you’re camping year round considering all of the trees and the lake/pond or whatever happens to be in there. Karen hated them because you have to do your own gardening but I personally see nothing wrong with having to buy a lawnmower and do it myself. Considering we’re “paying” for them to do our lawns during the week and the blade barely touches the ground, I know for sure that I’ll actually get something accomplished if I just do it myself, you know?
We’re looking into Ohio because essentially it’s affordable and he’ll have his brother there as well. So at least we’ll know SOMEONE with the initial move in. Vermont is a different story, for me it’s my love of snowfall and the fact that in Rutland (the county we’re looking into) has this pretty big Halloween festival. To top that off for me, is all of the activities they have available. It seems like just a nice little area, I don’t know.
Either way the loan amount has been finalized in the $125,000 range, so no matter where we actually end up – I’ll be able to get something that isn’t falling apart and still have a decent amount of money to furnish the place and have a little bit of money that’s been pushed onto the side, to maybe get Sean the TV he’s been drooling over for a few years now.

I think having a wide arrangement of choices, makes finding a perfect home easier. the thing for me is location location location … but since the location i wanna stay in is Amsterdam, and nowhere else in Holland, I’m stuck here where I live… I might have to consider moving out of the city if I really wanna move… Good luck house hunting!
Hey, just wanted to make sure you got my email that I sent you about all three sites being down.
On another note, I think you mentioned the Lima area before. I went there for a funeral for Kevin’s great grandma a few years ago and the area had everything. It seemed pretty decent to me. I think there are actually things to do there as well. Then again anything is a step up from where we live in Indiana.
Ok actually all three sites are back, but Frenchkitten’s wordpress does not work still. It’s telling me there are errors and I can’t get cpanel to load on any of them.
