My eyes are bothering the hell out of me today. I’ve been sitting here since 9am, with maybe 2-3 breaks, putting all of my effort into this account. I’d like to get it done as soon as possible because unfortunately I was stupid and like quadruple-booked myself. Once I’ve finished with this client I have another four to work on.
I know, “boo hoo for you, you have to work” but seriously, it’s ALL PHP, ALL DAY LONG. I’m to a point now where I’m seeing if-then statements when I close my eyes. It’s like…slot machines. “IF…THEN…FALSE”. Then when it’s like “IF…THEN….TRUE” bells go off?¢‚Ǩ¬¶SERIOUSLY!
Yea…I haven’t slept very much in the last few days, can’t you tell?
Last night was worth it though. The big storm that was SUPPOSED to come through here came through with FULL FORCE. At 3:30 this morning, I was hanging my head out the window watching the lightening shoot off like fireworks. If my camera wasn’t such a piece of shit with battery life at the moment, I would have probably snapped some ‘live-action’ shots. Don’t mind me…I love storms. I always have for some reason. Bella hid under the bed for an hour while it was rumbling outside, then she popped her head out when everything died down a bit. She spent the rest of the night sleeping under my pillows…I guess she felt safe there…who knows.
The fog right now is so thick you can slice it with a knife, which is weird considering its fairly breezy outside. I personally never thought that was possible. I thought fog was dense air due to lack of wind?¢‚Ǩ¬¶so this is all confusing to me. I’m also an idiot so who knows?
In any event, it’s almost 1:30 and I have another two hours to put in before I can get some sleep. I would pull an all nighter but my ass fell asleep hours ago so now I’m just uncomfortable…heh.

I guess allot of people would say your work is easy, but it seems very tiring and strssful, especially if you have to meet deadlines for people. Good luck with getting them all done, and try to get some sleep.. you need it 🙂
As far as the storm goes I’d cry. I hate lightening to say the least. My friends house got hit by it once when she was having a sleepver for her party. It’s scary stuff. 😛

I hated VB-I loathed it.I hated ASP as well.

Web Design-when its done for a living- is anything but easy-when you have people on your case over deadlines-people who make communication impossible-then the idiots who know nothing about how to present a company image deciding they would dancing gifs on the site…

I know what you mean about seeing Code. Or if you play a game for way to long you dream about it (I’ve had one to many dreams about Snood that I had to stop).

naps during the day suck but i can’t stop taking them lately for some reason. they piss me off, i wake up hungry, mad, and sweaty. too much info right. i don’t care.
anyway i love storms most of the time, i like to sit out in the rain, but hate fog. it’s just annoying and strange to me. weather makes no sense to me, then again i’m an idiot as well so i’ll just leave it to the weather channel.

It’s basically just been drizzling here for a few days. I hate it. I like storms, but not this gloomy sprinkling going on. It’s annoying.
I know what you mean about seeing things from the computer after being on too long. I think you should sleep. I haven’t gotten much either you should sleep a bit. Rest your eyes. Bella is adorable! I looked at your gallery. So cute! Wow sounds like a scary storm but atleast you like storms.

I love storms too 🙂 and rain, lots of rain…I live in the desert, so that doesn’t happen much unfortunately…perhaps you should take a nap or sumin in between projects…naps are good.

Storms are the epitome of awesome. I love thunderstorms, so it’s nice to hear that I’m not the only one!
Fog too, by the way is clouds that have come down from the atmosphere (that part I can’t explain), so they don’t move easily with the wind. Also, if it’s huge, thick masses of fog, the wind is going to move it, but that just means the cloud is moving over, so you’re just being covered with another part of it. Cool eh?

Whee, I have that same problem when I work on graphics. I get sucked into it & by the end, my eyes are all bloodshot and hurt like hell. But at least you get paid for your work, yesh? ;]
Ooer, storms. I haven’t seen one since last winter. I love them, though. Except I have to spend the entire time comforting my wuss-ass dog. xD
yeah i understand about the storm part, i could sit near my window and watch the storm/rain/wind/thunder for hours and never get bored, and my mom would be shouting in the background “you nuts?! you want to get a strike on that head of yours?!”.lol
all the best with that PHP crap thing, i never had a thing for php codes myself, i try to avoid them if i can :S
I can imagine you see php codes when closing your eyes. Make sure you get enough rest and good luck with the projects!

Ooh, a huge storm? There are a lot of rainstorms in Ireland, but not a lot of lightning, etc. I would think it’d be interesting though, but I’m a bit of a nature freak!

For some reason, my dog ALWAYS hides under my bed or under my desk! Even if it’s 2 hours before the storm is even close, he gets himself prepared. Animals are quite confusing sometimes. Oh, and this is a despair comment…my username is ‘nathxn’.

Fog isn’t actually a cloud that moves down, it’s a vapor that’s formed as humidity increases and the temperature and the dew point get closer together. I only know this because I’m from Bakersfield, CA and we’d get some of the worst fog in the county. Even have a type of fog named after the area: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tulle_fog
heh I kinda like the fog. But I guess that’s just because it reminds me of when we’d have fog delays at school and get to sleep in and go in two hours late!!

Hey, that sucks that you don’t get any sleep from work. I don’t work yet, after summer I am going to try and get a job. Is this what i am going to look forward to!! No sleep. Well i hope you get sleep! I don’t like fog that much exspecially If you are in a car! Well nice site.
