Yet again, I woke up later than anticipated. It’s not as bad as yesterday though. I fell asleep around 5:30 and then I woke up about 1:30. I looked at the ceiling for a while before I finally decided to get out of bed. I haven’t done a lot today, minus email checks, but I’m sure that’ll change over the course of the next couple of hours. I have quite a bit of work to do today and I’m going to have to pull out a notebook in order to keep track of everything.
It’s a beautiful day here in Delmarva. It’s very, very windy but it’s also about 70?Ǭ? so that doesn’t matter too much to me. There isn’t a cloud in the sky so the sun is beating down something fierce. I figure before I start any work, I’ll get my ass in gear with moving the plants around to their new baskets. It rained enough last night to the point that hanging them up is the next step to take. I can’t wait, I just hope I can get some more up there because there are five hooks to fill. I’m a little worried that my plants aren’t going to grow, I’m probably going to make a run this week for some Miracle Grow to spray on the law, there are a few dead patches there anyway, so while I’m feeding the flowers I can feed the grass as well.
Anyone in the Delmarva area throwing out some sod? I could use a strip or two of it…heh.
I have a lot of mornings like that. You lay there or roll around until you had enough and finally get out the bed. It is a lovely day & I hope you enjoy it in spite of all the work and gardening you have to do.
