As Seen On TV
I live in a family of impulse buyers, so some sort of an As Seen On TV product that looks as though it would be worth something, usually means that it’ll be purchased. The only one that I own is The Magic Bullet because I’m addicted to frozen drinks, especially in the summer when it comes to block parties and other events where booze is flying all over the place. My father recently bought Auto Cool and I have to say that it doesn’t work for Jeeps with soft tops, so if you own one – don’t even bother buying it.

Eventually, I know I’m going to be purchasing a Table Mate because it’s a really cool product and having used one before, I know that I will be able to enjoy the product as well. Oh yes, those infomercials are really convincing/persuasive. Sounds like those items will be a good buy.
I’ve never boughten anything from the infomercials. A lot of them look awesome though 🙂

We bought the Magic Bullet a good year and a half a go!! and we still use it!!
I defiantely think the Magic Bullet was the best buy! Although table mate is fab as well-we got one each off ebay of all places! We saved about 50% off the TV price and that was for two not one! We got them off the trader types-still all factory wrapped and split new! You definately need to pick up one of two!!
I’ve never bought anything from the TV. Nothing on their really sparks my interest, but when I watch the home shopping network.. that’s a different story, but I still havent bought anything yet..
Wow. I don’t think I’ve bought anything off the TV. There are many things I feel I want, but I’ve never gone and gotten something off the TV.

I hate those “As seen on tv” things. They look so good that you have to buy them and when you buy them you find out that you can’t afford anything like that. du’h! 😛
Oooh I’ve always wanted a Magic Bullet! They look awesome.. a friend of mine has one and she loves it! I’m waiting for them to drop in price a bit though, they’re still quite pricey here.

I don’t have the same commercials are you do 🙂 Cause I live in Hong Kong but I know what you mean. My mom-in-law almost always buys stuff from commericals too. Drives my husband crazy lol.
We have a showcase store at the mall that sells the as seen on TV products, and you can check them out before hand. We’ve gotten several things there that actually work (ie the ionier fan thing). It’s like crack, we can’t go to the mall and not visit the store. Dad and I are white trash through and through.
OOOO! I want one of the Magic Bullets. Not sure if I’ve seen the Table Mate or not. My best friend wants one of the Auto Cool fans. LOL I’ll have to check out that tvproducts4less thing, see if she can get it there. 🙂
