Botox is hard to hide.

Sean and I went to dinner tonight at Cracker Barrel and enjoyed a nice, some-what quiet, dinner after waiting in line for about 15 minutes or so to be seated. Up until about 4:30 this afternoon we didn’t actually realize that it was Friday so instead of driving over, we wound up just walking up knowing that we would more than likely not be able to find a spot anywhere in the entire lot that probably permits about 100 cars to park. It’s shares a parking lot with one of the hotels up the street as well, this was also packed thanks to the vast amount of vacationers that are currently in the area.

Our waiter was a pretty nice guy, more than likely from France considering that’s the only place that I could really place his accent from. He’d very obviously had some kind of plastic surgery because he had literally no lines in his face and I think botox was the factor there, lord knows it’s easy to find a plastic surgeon down here. He still had the little bit of swelling, I gave him a bit of an extra tip just so he could financially cover whatever he had injected into his face.

PPPKaren is considering botox, and has been for a while now. Recently her sister went in to get botox and the guy she went to wound up messing her up pretty bad, she looked like someone had beaten the crap out of her and for some reason, that no one understands, she’s decided to go back to the same doctor in order to have him fix it. Karen said it best when she threw her hands up in the air and said “Why go back to the same person who messed you up the first time?”. I have to say I completely agree with her but her sister is known for being stubborn which is probably why we all love her. I assume she was in some ritzy office like the one shown above. I know she went to a doctor in New York and they all over-price the simplest procedures just to make a quick buck on an unsuspecting victom. I’d honestly rather head out to Rodeo Drive or something where you know it’s going to be done right because there is a reputation to uphold, you know?

Would you ever consider botox? What do you think of not being able to show any real facial expressions for a few days after the fact?

I hope your dinner was good, I’ve never seen anyone with plastic surgery other than boob jobs.

Plastic surgery sounds….scary. I never want it done.

NEVER! I’d be afraid I’d make a stupid face when they injected me and be frozen that way for a day or two.
